After the restrictions due to Covid, it was a happy occasion that saw Msgr. Paglia, president of the Pontifical Academy for Life, meet again on a private visit Brad Smith (Microsoft’s president and vice-chair) and Carol Ann Browne (Chief of Staff & Executive Communications at Microsoft) with their respective spouses.

The meeting was also an opportunity to reaffirm, two years later, Microsoft’s support for the Rome Call for AI Ethics as well as the commitment to build a human-centered technology and a shared algorethics, to be adopted in strategic contexts.
